Recipe for Itching: Anti-Inflammatory Oatmeal and Blueberry Treats

Itching is often related to an inflammatory skin response. This recipe combines
oatmeal, known for its soothing properties, with blueberries, which are rich in
antioxidants. WildKind, with its Omega-3s, is a powerful anti-inflammatory that
helps calm the skin from the inside out.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oatmeal flour
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 WildKind Chews
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. In a food processor, blend the oatmeal flour and blueberries until the mixture
is smooth.
3. Transfer to a bowl, add water and WildKind, and mix well to form a dough.
4. With your hands, form small balls and flatten them slightly to create cookie-
like treats.
5. Place the treats on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they are hard to the touch.
7. Let them cool and store in an airtight container.
