Refund policy

At WildKind, your satisfaction—and your dog’s well-being—are our top priorities. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If your pup didn’t love it, or if you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may be eligible for a return or refund.
To start a return, please contact us at info@wildkindpets.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please note:
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Returns are accepted only on first-time purchases.
- We may ask for photos or feedback to help us improve our products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@wildkindpets.com with a photo of the item, your order number, and a brief description. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Subscription Returns
If you purchased a product through our Subscribe & Save plan, only your first subscription order is eligible for a refund. Subsequent shipments can be canceled anytime but are not eligible for returns unless the product is defective or damaged.
You can manage your subscription from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure safety and quality for all pets, we do not accept returns on products that have been:
- Opened or partially used
- Returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Purchased from a third-party retailer or unauthorized seller
