At WildKind, we understand that plans can change. We do our best to process orders quickly, which means there’s a limited window for cancellations.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes — if your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may cancel it within 1 hour of placing it.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still be eligible for a return or refund. Please review our Refund Policy for more details.
Subscription Cancellations
If you are subscribed to a recurring plan, you may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next renewal date by logging into your account or contacting us directly.
Cancellations made after a renewal has been processed will apply to the following cycle.
